Performance Oriented is dedicated to the service of Weber 40 IDA 3C carburetors. We provide mechanical refurbishment services including throttle shaft re-bushing and full restorations as well as providing performance modifications.

Each project is tailored to the customer's personal goals and every carburetor is tuned on our dedicated test engine to assure "ready-to-run" performance.

Fast, interactive communication and attention to individual customer's requirements are the hallmarks of Performance Oriented.

Super Summer Service @ $750: This summer special completely rebuilds both of your Webers after re-bushing the outer throttle shaft bearings and replacing the 40mm throttle valves. This service includes:

• Complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of all components
• Re-bushing the outer throttle body bearings
• Installation of six new 40mm throttle valves
• Replacement of 8mm ball studs in the throttle lever arms
• Inspection of all components
• Resurfacing of accelerator pump covers
• Reassembly using new gaskets and hardware kit (throttle return springs and tall nylock hex nuts)
• On-engine tuning including:
• adjusting idle air balance screws
• setting idle mixtures
• adjusting float levels

Our baseline service is Level 1 which returns your throttle bodies with new throttle valves fitted in honed bores with re-bushed throttle shafts (6 bushings per throttle body.) Our most popular offering isLevel 2 which completely remanufactures your Webers to perform as new whileLevel 3 begins with the Level 2 service and cosmetically restores your Webers to look as perfect as they perform!

For customers with satisfactorily performing carburetors but desiring a cosmetic restoration we offer the Restored, Rebuilt & Tuned service which includes re-bushing the outer two throttle shaft bearings in each throttle body.

For the budget minded we offer two partial re-bushing service options, Level 1A and Level 1B which provide the essential remanufacturing processes to deliver serviceable carburetors at a minimum cost.
